Ubisoft
Ubisoft is video game developer and publisher headquartered in Rennes, France. The company was established in 1986 by the 5 Guillemot brothers; the oldest of which, Yves, brokered with games developers Electronic Arts, Sierra, and MicroProse to distribute their games in the region.
Finding success in the rapidly burgeoning video game market, the company spread into the US, UK, and other European countries before moving into development themselves. Ubisoft’s most popular titles include Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Just Dance, and the series of Tom Clancy games.
