Great Value

Launched in 1993, Walmart’s Great Value range encompasses groceries and other household consumables. Products within the Great Value range, drawn from over 100 categories, are monitored against similar items nationwide to ensure they retain a low price that offers maximum value for price-conscious consumers.

The range was revamped and expanded in 2009, in response to the downturn in the economy following the financial crisis.
