Untested Customer Returns: Operational condition is unknown. May be fully functional or non working. May or may not include original packaging. Packaging may be damaged. Accessories may be missing or broken. No inspection or testing was performed on this inventory.

Used: Previously owned and has undergone some level of use. The product may show signs of wear such as minor cosmetic defects, scratches, or visible use, but remains functional. It may come in its original packaging or non-original packaging, which could show damage or be missing entirely. Accessories and manuals may be missing or damaged.
